We are welcoming guests once again!

We are now open for local business, and we are serving Australian guests at this time.

In accordance with local and state guidelines, and South Australia’s COVID-Safe Plan, our team has been hard at work preparing to make our tours as safe and enjoyable as possible.

We’re sure you have questions, so we’ve put together an overview of what changes to expect.

Our Responsibility to Our Team, Guests, and Region

In these challenging times, the safety and health of our guests and team members remain our top priority. We are incredibly grateful to be a part of this community and region, and will do all we can to look out for one another.

While there will be new protocols in place, and things will run a bit differently, we’re here to keep things operating at a standard of excellence you can rely on.

What You Need to Know Before Your Tour

Check Your Health

If you have a fever or are showing symptoms of sickness within 21 days, up to the day of your tour, please cancel your tour.

Guests may reschedule or receive a full refund if they show any symptoms or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within 21 days of their tour.

Common symptoms include: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste of smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.

Face Coverings

By current state and local regulations, guests are required to wear masks or face coverings while in a business establishment or business vehicle.

Exceptions: Those who have disabilities, physical or medical conditions that prevent them from being able to safely wear masks are not required to do so.

Guests may take masks off while they are eating and drinking within an establishment. When outdoors guests are not required to wear masks.

Social Distancing

Practice social distance on the tour, both indoors and out. We will do our part to make this a part of the planned tour experience as well.

Hand Washing & Sanitizers

Frequent handwashing is encouraged and hand sanitizers are provided in our vehicles for your use.

COVIDSafe App

We encourage guests to download the official Australian government health department’s COVIDSafe App for added protection and updates.

Pre-screening & Logging Your Travels

We will have a standard set of questions for guests to answer before their tour. If you are not on the COVIDSafe App, we’d appreciate knowing where your travels have been within 21-days prior to your tour, and will inquire as part of the questionnaire.

Our Safety Measures

Our staff, as well as all touch points of our business, are required to be in compliance with all current regulations.

Healthy Employees

We adhere to the state of South Australia guidelines for screening employees prior to work. These measures include a daily questionnaire, as well as a temperature check before shifts.

Masks

Each team member is required to wear a mask when in tour vehicles and indoors.

Hand Washing

Vehicles will be thoroughly sanitized and cleaned before the tour and during the tour between each stop. In addition, we ensure all high-touch areas, such as car door handles, are cleaned regularly.

Capacity Limits

Numbers in vehicles, venues, plus shared tours, will be limited to regulation requirements.

Additional Measures

We are continually working with our suppliers, operators, and venues to make sure all safety rules and regulations are met and followed.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour for non-compliance with COVID-19 safety regulations.

We can provide our complete COVID-19 Safety Plan when you book your tour with us.

We’ll keep you updated in event of any changes to COVID-19 guidelines:

  • We’ll continue to work in close coordination with the South Australian Government, ATEC (Australian Tourism Export Council), Work Safety Australia, and the SATC (South Australian Tourism Commission) for up to the minute information.
  • As we stay connected to the changing information, we’ll adjust and adapt accordingly. When the time is right for us to restore services to non-localized travellers, we’ll continue to take all the precautionary measures necessary to provide the highest level of safety and protection in accordance with current COVID-19 regulations.

We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your willingness to follow CDC and local guidelines, and our SA Action Plan, as we all do our part to protect our team, guests, and region—and keep our businesses running safely. We look forward to touring with you!
